The RAMHC team are in the community providing home visit and support. One such visit is a patient with Cancer of the Colon where the team are providing emotional, psychological counselling and practical treatment and support.

Part of this support is to the family, advising on diversional therapy enabling the patient to listen to music and get moved outside for fresh air and sunlight and advise on his medical requirements and pain relief.

The strain on the family and their finances is enormous with their small business losing customers.

The team plan to provide more support and home visits to try and ease the family care burden.

We at AHF in the UK will continue to provide the team with our support both by raising awareness of their work and with financial support In that we continue to look for financial support from everyone we know.
